Hey, we’re only 2 weeks away from our annual Back To School Potluck (Friday, Sept. 8 at 6-8pm)! We’re asking every family to bring a dish to share, but we’re also looking for a few people to devote an hour to help run the event! Please check out our sign up at http://www.SignUpGenius.com/go/10C0D49ADAD28A5FF2-backtoschool1 for all the jobs/slots that are available!
Hello! The calendar for 2017-2018 Pinckney PTO events is available either via: https://drive.google.com/open… or at our PTO website at: https://pinckneypto.org/events/.
We’re excited to kick-off the upcoming academic year in our renovated school. Check out the events and make plans to definitely attend and, if possible, help out wherever you might be able to.
PTO Meetings will take place on the first Wednesday of every school month at 5:30pm in the Pinckney Library, unless otherwise noted.
Thanks!
There is no summer respite for PTO, folks. This Thursday (6/22) we are moving our PTO stuff from East Heights to the new digs. If you have a van or truck and can help, it would be much appreciated. Meet at 4:30pm at East Heights, and we can do a quick and easy move. Let us know!
Following that, we are also having our summer meeting at 6pm on Thursday (6/22) at The White Schoolhouse, 1510 N 3rd St, in North Lawrence (thank you Jennifer Roth). We will begin to map out our many PTO events for 2017-2018. Anyone and everyone who wishes to attend and be a bigger part of our exciting first year back at Pinckney is encouraged to attend. Childcare and pizza will be provided.
Hey, the last Pinckney PTO Meeting of the 2016-2017 school year is this evening at 5:30pm at East Heights in Room 28. This is the meeting where we establish the PTO Board for 2017-2018. If you’ve been interested in getting more involved in your neighborhood school, next year, with our arrival at the newly renovated school, is a prime opportunity to do so. We encourage anyone interested to attend tonight, especially parents/guardians of incoming Kindergarteners!
(If you are interested in being on the board but cannot make the meeting or if you have any other questions, please email me at pantherparents@gmail.com)
